My Story
I am a consultant, trainer, and mentor specializing in Customer Experience (CX) Management. With over 10 years of experience in CX management across various industries, including IT, Banking, Transport, Real Estate, HR, and Public Services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the CX field. In 2021, I received CCXP certification from the global CX association CXPA.org and have since been an active member of the association and the international Women in CX community. Additionally, I serve as a judge for the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA).
To raise awareness of the Customer Experience discipline in Lithuania and the Baltics, I established the CX association "Towards Customer," where I serve as president. I am also a mentor and board member responsible for CX at the idialogue.lt mentorship platform. Currently, I work as an independent consultant and trainer for CX management in Lithuania and other countries.
My extensive experience in IT development, Process & Quality Management enables me to employ an "Outside-in" perspective, which facilitates the gathering and reporting of customer actionable insights. This approach helps organizations enhance customer experience by implementing continuous improvement management practices and fostering a customer-centric organizational culture.
As a CX consultant, I offer a comprehensive suite of CX consultancy services. However, it is crucial to first conduct a thorough analysis of the current state of CX management within the organization. This analysis allows us to identify and prioritize key activities that will positively impact customer experience and the company's financial outcomes.
